Dubai Charity Association has concluded its Ramadan campaign " The goodness endure" for this year, marking a remarkable achievement that reflects the highest values of social and humanitarian solidarity rooted in Emirati society. The campaign successfully reached over 4.105 million beneficiaries across the UAE and 18 countries worldwide, through a range of seasonal, developmental, and sustainable humanitarian projects.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed, participated, supported, and engaged with the campaign. He praised the Ambassadors of Goodness, strategic partners, and the efforts of the teams and management who developed well-planned strategies and implemented the necessary measures to achieve the goals of “The goodness endure.” He noted the remarkable engagement from citizens and residents across the UAE, which resulted in inspiring humanitarian moments that beautifully reflected the noble values and cultural essence of Emirati society.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi affirmed that Dubai Charity Association, as one of the leading charitable institutions in the UAE, consistently strives through its initiatives to bring joy to as many beneficiaries as possible, both locally and internationally. This reflects the Association’s mission and its humanitarian approach, and aligns with the vision for humanitarian growth outlined by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in the ninth principle of the "Fifty-Year Charter," which calls for achieving annual growth in humanitarian work that parallels economic growth.
The Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association stated that the number of beneficiaries from Mir Ramadan parcel distribution reached 13,535 individuals within the UAE, and over 93,000 individuals outside the country. As for the " Iftar sayem" initiative, it benefited more than one million people both locally and internationally — including over 772,000 beneficiaries inside the UAE and around 260,000 abroad.
He pointed out that this year, Zakat Al-Fitr benefited 280,000 individuals. Eid clothing was distributed to 7,495 beneficiaries. Additionally, Dubai Charity Association sponsored 14,000 orphaned children within the UAE and across 16 countries worldwide, as part of its comprehensive and diverse humanitarian programs and charitable projects aimed at providing a dignified life for them and their families, while fostering a spirit of solidarity and compassion within the community.
He explained that the Association’s Projects Department is set to begin implementing the international projects included in the campaign, which are expected to benefit approximately 2.7 million people. Dubai Charity Association successfully raised funds to construct 208 mosques, establish 5 residential village complexes, 5 schools, 13 Qur’an memorization centers, 258 homes for the poor, 1,786 wells, 567 income-generating projects for productive families, and 844 charitable endowments, among other sustainable developmental and humanitarian projects outside the UAE.
His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi emphasized that the record-breaking results of “The goodness endure” campaign reflect the deep-rooted values of generosity, charity, and kindness embedded in the mindset and spirit of Emirati society—values that form an integral part of the UAE’s cultural identity. He extended heartfelt thanks to donors, benefactors, campaign partners from government entities, private sector companies, and all members of the community. He affirmed the Association’s continued collaboration with partners to fulfill its mission of promoting solidarity, compassion, and humanitarian giving across the beloved nation of the UAE.
